Refund Policy - the basics
All laser services are nonrefundable, including prepaid packages, consultation fees, and completed treatments. Due to the nature of aesthetic procedures and individual variability in response, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered. Clients are encouraged to discuss treatment goals and expectations during their consultation.
For retail products and goods purchased, Solévo MedSpa offers a standard 14-day return policy for unopened, unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
