3. Booking & Payment
Appointments may be booked through our online system. A nonrefundable $50 consultation fee is required to secure your first appointment. This fee will be credited toward your first treatment if booked within 30 days. Full payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged. Solévo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to provider availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans change. To respect our providers’ time and availability:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged a $50 no-show fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restricted booking privileges.
